What is ICAgile – Agility in the Enterprise

ICP-ENT is the first of the two ICAgile knowledge-based certifications on the Enterprise Coaching for Agility Track. The session spread over three days is focused on discovering what agility means at the enterprise level from structural, process, leadership, and cultural perspectives.

Learning Outcomes

The Learning Outcomes include topics such as systems and complexity theory, measuring business performance from an agile perspective, agile frameworks for enterprise scaling, awareness of organizational design and structure, understanding leadership development, and engaging leadership in conversations about organizational culture.

This class is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) and it fulfills all Learning Objectives in the Agile coaching track. Please note, that in order to receive your ICAgile Continuing Education Certification and Agile Certified Coach ICP-ENT designation, you must not miss more than 1 hour of the class.
Agility in the Enterprise class from Tandem Coaching yields 21 Scrum Alliance SEUs toward your Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or to support your existing Scrum Alliance certifications, such as the CSM.
Any agile training and learning is usually accepted by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as continuing education. Our Agile Certified Coach class gives you 21 PDUs that you can claim toward your PMI-ACP or to support your existing PMI certifications, such as the PMP.

What is ICAgile – Systems Coaching

Systems Coaching (ICP-SYS) – For professionals embarking on Enterprise Coaching, Agile Team Coaching, and/or Agility in Leadership tracks. The Systems Coaching certification will help professionals improve their ability to work with complex organizational systems.

Course Description

As an Agile coach, Enterprise coach, coach or leader, we operate in complex organizations and Systems coaching allows you to work with interconnected relationships; seen and unseen, between all parts of your organization at a holistic level. Our Coaching Human Systems class trains you to see, feel, hear and sense the relationship systems that make your organizations tick-over with new lenses, new ears and a somatic embodiment practice that allows you to use self as an instrument to coach into complex, adaptive and emergent systems.

On this highly-interactive entry-level, two-day Coaching Human Systems course, you will get a deeper understanding of Systems Coaching. You will learn how to work with and coach complex, adaptive and emergent systems. You will have experiential practice of systems coaching, develop your skills on the course and come up with a development plan to get you to your future Systems Coach self. We will look at how conflict serves a system, how to work with conflict within a system.

You will also develop skills on co-coaching; how to do it, what to consider when co-coaching, and how to set it up. We will also be looking at Ethical considerations of a Systems Coach, and explore how our Personal Biases impact our coaching.
