How Do I Become an ICF Credentialed Coach?

While the Path to becoming an ICF credentialed coach might seem daunting and hard, we have helped hundreds of students walk it with a great success. Our students have earned ACC and PCC coach credentialing from International Coach Federation. All our instructors and Mentor Coaches are either MCC (Master) or PCC (Professional) Certified Coaches with International Coach Federation and highly skilled at training and mentoring student coaches. Tandem Coaching Academy – Certified Associate Coach (TCA-CAC) is a an ICF-accredited coach training program that will build your competencies as an ICF Associate Certified Coach and will give you all the learning you need to apply for your ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials via the ICF ACSTH Path.

Tandem Coaching Academy – Elevate Coaching is an advanced coach training program for experienced coaches who want to learn more about team and systems coaching and earn their ACTC certification. It is accredited by ICF as a Level 2 program as well as Advanced Accreditation in Teams Coaching program.
In this program we take a deep dive into organizational and human psychology concepts that impact effective coaching. You will learn more about coaching personal and professional partners, teams, and organizations as a holistic system.
