- 20 live online training hours focused on the ICF Core Competencies, building an strong coaching arc, and skills for impactful professional coaching conversations
- Up to 4 coaching labs to practice your newly acquired coaching skills, or observe coaching sessions and learn by example
- Up to 4 hours of the Core Coaching Competencies self-paced study to further reinforce classroom learning
- Optional Agile Coach DNA© assessment and Executive Review Session to help you understand your professional fit and areas of development
